Photographing vintage watches means honoring their stories - preserving every mark while capturing their most beautiful angles.
Shooting a vintage watch isn't all that different from photographing a modern piece, but the approach carries a unique respect for history. I aim to reveal the character embedded in each timepiece - the patina, the wear, the subtle imperfections that make it one-of-a-kind.
My retouching is intentionally minimal: dust and loose debris are cleaned, but scratches, aging, and baked-in personality remain untouched. These are not flaws to be hidden; they're part of the watch's identity.
The result is an honest, refined portrait that highlights the craftsmanship, charm, and enduring beauty of vintage horology.
