Sporty "exotic racing" dial Omega Speedmaster - a custom modded 105.012-66 (case) with Mark II dial and hands.
The "Exotic Racing" dial appeared on a small batch of ref. 145.022-69 watches, produced during the same period as the Mark II. According to Moonwatch Only book, 15 verified instances of this watch have been identified. The 145.022-69 features a stepped Racing dial, with the familiar red ring and minute track placed on the lower step, forming the outer diameter of the dial. Whether this design was intended for production or was simply an experiment remains unknown. In contrast, the Mark II Racing Dial lacks the step, with its three subdials sloping toward the lower center.
